Elements for Development

As a quick reference we have provided information for those experiencing web development for the first time. Although we are able to work with many file types here, we list the most common elements below.

File Elements & Formats

Graphic elements of your company image such as Logo Art and color styles can be sent in the file formats listed below. Your Logo Art may be obtained from your art director, publisher or print agency. If a digital copy does not exist, we may create it for you (a fee may be applied additionally for this service).
Contact information for publishing on the web site most likely will be place on its own page. This would include all department phone numbers, fax and e-mail contacts. We can include a digital map to show road routs to your facilities
Stock graphics can be obtained from our image library. Other royalty free images can acquired for an additional fee.
Products for photo shoot of your inventory to be sold on-line can be shipped to the address below.
Price schedule and SKU numbers for on-line inventory control.
Shipping and return policy, required by credit card merchant organization for e-commerce web sites.
Privacy Policy also required by Bank agency and credit card processing agencies (a template if necessary)

Text Documents formats can be; doc, wpf, pdf, txt, rtf, xls,
Hard copy (additional frees apply to transpose hard copy to digital document.
